On the Gorghi Tondi Estate near of Mazara del Vallo, another Sicilian speciality and product of excellence is cultivated such as the Nero d’Avola. This Rosé Extra Dry is a variation on the theme of the classic and powerful Sicilian red wine, yet its organoleptic characteristics, which make it one of the most appreciated and sought-after wines of the island, are unchanged. The merit goes to the winemaking mastery of the Company of the Sala family, who know how to enhance and renew Sicily’s most authentic flavours with courage and charisma.
